XParko FAQ

Question 1

Which parking zones does XParko cover?

Accepted Answer

XParko currently covers all Blue and Green paid parking zones in Sofia. We are actively expanding to other Bulgarian cities — Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas are next on the roadmap.

Question 2

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

You can pay for parking with a saved bank card or with your XParko balance, which you top up by card.

Question 3

Do I need to create an account to use the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a free account is required so your payment history, saved vehicles, and active sessions are always available. Registration takes under a minute and only needs your email and a password.

Question 4

Can I save multiple vehicles to my account?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can add as many licence plates as you need — family cars, a work vehicle, a rental. Switch between them in seconds before starting a parking session.

Question 5

How do I know when my parking session is about to expire?

Accepted Answer

XParko sends a push notification 5 minutes before your session ends.

Question 6

Will I receive a receipt for each payment?

Accepted Answer

You can see the past payments in the History section in the app.

Question 7

Is the app available on both iOS and Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes. XParko is available as a free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both versions receive simultaneous updates.

Question 8

How does XParko Business work for my company?

Accepted Answer

Your company tops up a balance and gives each employee a parking budget. Employees park with the regular XParko app, and the cost is paid from the company balance. You manage members, budgets and reports from the admin portal.

Question 9

How many employees can I add to a company account?

Accepted Answer

There is no hard limit. XParko Business scales from small teams of 5 to enterprise fleets of thousands of vehicles. You can add, remove, or adjust employee permissions at any time from the admin portal.

Question 10

Can I set individual parking budgets per employee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You assign each employee their own parking budget in the admin portal. It's a spending cap that goes down with every parking payment. Once it runs out, company payments are declined until you raise it.

Question 11

How does billing work for the company?

Accepted Answer

You top up a company balance by card, and employee parking is paid from it. You can see every top-up and payment in the portal and export spending reports in Excel or PDF.

Question 12

Does XParko integrate with our HR or expense management system?

Accepted Answer

There's no direct integration yet. You can export spending reports in Excel or PDF and use them in your own systems. Contact us if you need an integration.

Question 13

What reporting is available in the admin portal?

Accepted Answer

The Reports page shows your parking spending for any period, grouped by employee, zone or both, with filters and totals. You can download it in Excel or PDF.

Question 14

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most companies are fully set up within one working day. Our onboarding team handles the technical configuration; you simply provide your employee list and preferred budget rules. A dedicated consultant is assigned to every new business account.

Question 15

Is there a minimum contract length?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract is required to get started. We offer flexible monthly arrangements as well as annual agreements for companies that prefer predictable budgeting. Speak to our team to find the right fit.
